The Residences are located on a wooded hillside in one of the most picturesque location in the area of Neo Chorio, from where one can enjoy breathtaking views across the surrounding rolling landscape and along the entire coastline of Chrysochou Bay, up to Akamas National Park.  All houses have been carefully designed to maximize the beautiful scenery placed on their doorsteps.  Their main features are generous courtyards and private infinity swimming pools extending towards light and nature, an incredible landscape and a beautiful sea view horizon.

Upper and lower terrace villas in a newly designed private park create new horizontal floating platforms at different levels, all embedded in the green and supported on local traditional stonework walls.  

The design blends modern architecture with materials in their natural state such as stone, wood and marble providing a perfect material environment for living. This new artificial landscape, half sunk into the ground, holds the parts of the villas that contain the private rooms. Wooden sliding shutters which are used to secure privacy to the bedrooms and the main living areas achieve through their use and their transparency fluidity of space between private rooms, open areas and the surrounding landscape. By placing the shutters on the outside perimeter of the balcony they transform the outside space into an open room and becomes an extension of the interior.
